Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years’ experience in multiple accounting roles. Mark is a graduate of Ball State University and started his career working for Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the electrical industry as a cost accountant. Over the course of his career, he has been engaged in developing and leading high-performance work teams to improve / increase operational performance in the accounting and “back office” functions. Mark is proud to have worked with several fortune 500 companies over the course of his career and in 2012 he joined Culy Construction as their CFO / Equity Owner and was able to facilitate significant growth of the company from 2012 through 2015. In 2015, Culy was acquired by PowerTeam Services (PTS) and Mark continued in his role as CFO of Culy until 2017, when he left the company. In 2019, Mark was part of a team that purchased Cobalt Civil (Culy was renamed by PTS to Cobalt Civil) back from PTS and currently serves as Director of Cobalt Civil.
